Composite Flooring for Refrigerated Trucks

Home » Sandwich Panels » XPS Foam Core Panel Series

Composite decking is an advanced solution designed to address the challenges of temperature control in refrigerated trucking. Its combination of strength, thermal insulation and corrosion resistance makes it an ideal choice to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of perishable goods.

Product Features

  • The inner and outer skins are corrosion-resistant flat FRP, which is waterproof, moisture-proof, easy to clean, and durable.
  • The core material is closed-cell XPS (extruded polystyrene) foam, which not only has low thermal resistance but also high compressive strength.
  • A waterproof plywood layer is added inside the sandwich panel to enhance the bearing strength of the floor.
  • Build a “skeleton” (high-strength waterproof material) for the flooring to enhance its structural strength.
