In contrast, the lightweight and high-strength thermoplastic polypropylene honeycomb panels are light, easy to carry and install, and have good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which can greatly improve the long-term stability and safety of the scaffolding. The unique structure of the thermoplastic polypropylene honeycomb panel gives it strong compression and bending resistance, which can adapt to higher working intensity and harsh construction environment, thus providing more reliable support.

Details

The anti-slip thermoplastic honeycomb panel is composed of a polypropylene honeycomb core and CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic). The polypropylene honeycomb is a circular structure with different pore sizes (usually 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm) and densities (80-120kg/m³). CFRT is made of multiple layers of continuous fiber unidirectional prepreg tapes laid at different angles (usually 90°/0°) and embossed to form a unique anti-slip texture on the surface. CFRT is usually black in color because carbon black particles are added to enhance weather resistance.
