HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) sheets are a type of laminate material commonly used for surfaces like countertops, furniture, wall panels, and flooring. They are made by layering multiple sheets of paper, typically with a decorative layer on top, and then fusing them together under heat and pressure, making them highly durable and resistant to scratches, stains, and heat.
- Durability
HPL sheets are made of multiple layers of paper and resin pressed under high temperature and pressure. They have a hard surface and are very resistant to wear, impact and scratches.
- Stain resistance and easy cleaning
HPL sheets have a smooth, non-absorbent surface that effectively prevents liquid penetration. Therefore, it is highly resistant to oil, water and stains, and is very easy to clean. Just wipe with a damp cloth to keep it clean.
- Fire resistance
HPL sheets have certain fire resistance (depending on the specific model and design), which can delay the spread of fire when a fire occurs.
- UV resistance
HPL sheets have high resistance to UV rays and are not easy to fade or discolor, which allows them to maintain their color for a longer time in places exposed to direct sunlight.

Material Composition

- Surface Layer
Melamine over layer + melamine decorative paper
This is the outermost layer of the HPL board, providing the sheet with different colors, patterns and texture designs, able to simulate the effects of various materials, and has the functions of UV resistance, scratch resistance and stain resistance
- Core Layer
Phenolic kraft paper
These papers are stacked in multiple layers and pressed under high temperature and pressure to form a solid core structure. They provide strength and structural stability, giving the HPL sheet good impact resistance, pressure resistance and wear resistance.
Surface Treatment
The surface patterns of HPL panels are diverse, bringing different design styles to cabinets. Whether it is modern simplicity, retro classic, or natural warmth, our HPL panels can perfectly meet different interior decoration needs. Its diverse texture designs, including wood grain, stone grain, solid color, etc., can imitate the texture of natural materials, allowing each cabinet to show a unique personality and charm.

Applications
Due to its excellent performance, HPL sheets are widely used in various environments such as homes, offices, commercial spaces, and medical institutions. Common applications include:
- Cabinets.
- Office furniture.
- Walls and partitions.
- Laboratory workbenches, etc.
