Product Features
PSU resin has outstanding heat resistance, and its long-term use temperature can reach 150-175℃. After being reinforced with glass fiber, the material strength and rigidity are significantly improved. It also has good radiation resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties.

Manufacturing Process
The continuous glass fiber bundle is released through the yarn unwinding device, spread evenly through the yarn spreading device, and then enters the impregnation system to be impregnated with the molten PPU resin under high temperature and high pressure. Finally, it is shaped through the hot pressing and cooling device to form a PPU resin glass fiber thermoplastic unidirectional tape.
