How to Use GRP Anti-slip Sheets Correctly?
- Preparation
Before installation, make sure that the base and the back of the FRP anti-slip sheet are clean, dry and flat.
- Pasting method
Use a suitable adhesive and apply it evenly on the back of the anti-slip sheet or the surface of the base, then place the anti-slip sheet accurately in the predetermined position and apply appropriate pressure to make it fit tightly with the base.
- Fixing method
For larger areas or parts that need to bear larger loads, screws, rivets, etc. can be used for fixing. The spacing of the fixings should be reasonably determined according to the size and use requirements of the anti-slip sheet.
- Edge treatment
The edges of the anti-slip sheet should be properly treated. Cutting, grinding, etc. can be used to make it smooth to avoid warping, burrs, etc., to prevent scratches on people or damage to other items.
