Foam Core Fiberglass Panels
Sandwich panels made by bonding foam cores to fiberglass layers with high-performance adhesives are extremely lightweight and durable composite materials. The low density and good thermal insulation of the foam core can effectively reduce the weight of the panel and provide good thermal insulation, while the fiberglass provides strength and durability, making foam core fiberglass panels ideal for applications that require strength without adding excess mass.
✅Lightweight & High Strength
Extremely high strength-to-weight ratio enables lightweight structure.
✅Durable
Waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and non-deformable. Suitable for strong UV and corrosive environments.
✅Easy to Process
Easy to cut, easy to carry, and easy to install.
✅Aesthetic
Fiberglass sheets come in different colors and surface textures, which can achieve attractive visual effects.

Details
01 Fiberglass Skin
– Thermoset fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP/GRP) sheet and thermoplastic continuous fiber reinforced (CFRT) sheet.
Thermoset FRP/GRP
The resin component is thermosetting, and chopped fiberglass mat and woven roving fiberglass are mostly used as reinforcement materials. Thermosetting FRP panels have a higher hardness and a relatively flat surface. Usually, a layer of gel coat is applied to improve its surface finish and form a waterproof and UV-proof layer.
Thermoplastic CFRT
This is a recyclable material with a thermoplastic resin component and continuous fiberglass as a reinforcement material. Thermoplastic CFRT has high toughness and can withstand large deformations without breaking. A scratch-resistant thermoplastic protective film is usually added to its surface as a decorative layer

Processing Technology for Foam Core Fiberglass Panels

Embedded Structural Parts
- Embedding frame structural parts such as metal, wood, and fiberglass to enhance strength.

One-piece Composite Panels
- TOPOLOGROUP one-piece composite panel process greatly improves the quality of foam core fiberglass boards. The sandwich panels are composited in a vacuum and high-pressure environment, eliminating quality problems such as delamination, bulging, and warping.

CNC Processing
- Foam core fiberglass panels are cut, drilled, milled, and processed through CNC processing technology to make products of various shapes and sizes.

Quality Inspection
- The finished fiberglass sandwich panels will undergo compression, shear, flexural strength and peeling tests.
We also produce honeycomb core fiberglass panels and plywood core fiberglass panels. Please contact us for more information.
