FRP skin PET foam core sandwich panels are lightweight, water-resistant and strong composite materials designed to cope with extreme marine climate conditions. Its unique structure makes it perform well in high humidity, salt spray and humid environments, and can effectively resist corrosion and mold growth. This material combines the high strength of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) with the lightweight characteristics of PET foam core, ensuring that the panels have good compressive strength.

The role of nylon release cloth

The surface of the FRP is covered with a layer of nylon release cloth. This special release cloth plays a role of protection and isolation when laying the surface EVA foam floor. During the construction process, the operator only needs to gently tear off the release cloth to expose the FRP surface, providing a flat and smooth foundation for the installation of the foam floor. The nylon release cloth not only effectively avoids stains and scratches during the construction process, but also ensures that the FRP surface is not affected by the external environment during transportation and storage.
