    Customized Solutions for Expedition Truck Bodies

    We provide expedition truck bodies in the form of CKD (Completely Knocked Down), SKD (Semi-Knocked Down), and CBU (Completely Built Up). These methods mean that buyers can purchase composite panels and accessories used to manufacture RV bodies, or purchase assembled RV boxes. As for the box body parts such as entry doors, windows, skylights, storage hatches, users can choose to supply them from us or purchase them locally. (Note: We do not provide configurations inside the box.)

    Box Body Sandwich Panels

    The expedition truck body is made of high-performance FRP sandwich panels. FRP sandwich panel composite technology provides top performance strength for the box. The surface of these panels is waterproof and UV-resistant to adapt to various extreme weather conditions. Our different types of box panels (XPS/PU insulation foam) can meet the box construction with different performance.
