Multi-temperature zone trucks are vehicles specially designed to transport goods in different temperature zones in a single box body. The box body is divided into multiple zones, each of which can be set to a specific temperature according to the cargo requirements. They are very suitable for one-time transportation of perishable goods such as frozen, refrigerated and room temperature products. Especially suitable for short-distance cargo distribution, it not only improves transportation efficiency but also reduces transportation costs. Design Features
Relying on a refrigeration unit to achieve multi-temperature control, the box body is divided into four temperature zones through the principle of heat transfer attenuation: normal temperature zone, fresh-keeping zone, refrigerated zone, and frozen zone.
Ambient Temperature Zone
(10℃ to 30℃)
Used to transport goods that do not require special temperature control and can be stored at room temperature, such as dry goods, room temperature packaged foods, non-fresh daily necessities, etc. It is equipped with an aluminum roll-up door for quick access and loading of goods.
Fresh-keeping Zone
(0°C to 10°C)
The temperature range is 0°C to 10°C, designed to slow down the spoilage of food and maintain its freshness. Used to store fruits, vegetables, flowers, dairy products, eggs, juice, etc.
Refrigerated Zone
(-10℃ to 0℃)
The temperature range is -10℃~0℃. Used for items that need to be stored at lower temperatures, such as dairy products, meat, seafood, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Frozen Zone
(-30℃ to -18℃)
The temperature range is -30℃~-18℃. Mainly used for goods that need to be stored for a long time, such as quick-frozen foods, ice cream, chocolate, etc.
