描述
Polyester (PET) foam composite panels are another advanced material core material used in recreational vehicle (RV) construction. Since PET foam strength varies with density (denser means higher strength), PET composite panels can be used to build RV wall panels with a variety of strength requirements. FRP facing PET foam sandwich panels are designed to build high-performance RV bodies.
Structural Diagram
- Polyester Foam Core: Made from extruded polyester foam, it has good water resistance. It is harder than other foams (XPS, PU, PVC, etc.). Therefore, PET sandwich panels can usually be made thinner and lighter.
- FRP Faxing: Weather-resistant Gelcoat FRP provides structural strength and protects the foam core from damage. High-performance gelcoat gives it a mirror effect, and its color is optional.

Product Features
- Waterproof and Moisture-Resistant: Polyester foam is naturally moisture-resistant and does not absorb water like wood, which prevents rot, mold, and mildew, which is especially important in humid environments.
- High Strength: These panels provide good structural support, remaining flexible enough to withstand the vibration and pressure encountered during travel.
- Durability: Superior structural strength and weather resistance make it a longer service life cycle.
