Structural Composition

Refrigerated truck insulated panels are sandwich structure, with the core material being insulation foam and the surface being FRP (glass reinforced plastic). In order to enhance the structural strength of the insulation panel, a frame structure is added. The usual practice is to add various high-strength materials such as wood, fiberglass profiles, aluminum profiles, steel profiles, etc. inside or on the edges. In addition, other materials are added as interlayers (plywood, aluminum, etc.) to increase its load-bearing capacity.
