Manufacturing Capabilities

Truck Composite Panel Production Line

TOPOLOGROUP has both adhesive composite panel and thermoplastic composite panel process technology. It has multiple first-class composite panel production lines and implements strict quality standards. The daily production area of composite panels reaches thousands of square meters, and the annual output can meet the manufacturing needs of tens of thousands of truck bodies or trailers.

Metal Parts Processing

We offer a range of components including truck floors, door frames, edging profiles, skirting boards, bumpers, hinges, door locks, handles and more. The metal parts are realized from drawings to physical objects in TOPOLOGROUP metal processing centers. We have many processing centers for sheet metal processing, laser welding, laser cutting, milling, aluminum extrusion profiles, etc. Batch production not only ensures the accuracy of metal parts, but also reduces the procurement costs of truck or trailer manufacturers.

CKD/SKD/CBU

Our box trailers and truck bodies are transported to destination countries and regions in the form of CKD, SKD, and CBU.

  • CKD (Completely Knocked Down): Trucks are delivered in a disassembled state, with all the components packaged separately for local assembly.
  • SKD (Semi Knocked Down): Trucks refer to vehicles that are shipped in partially assembled form, requiring some assembly at the destination.
  • CBU (Completely Built Up): Trucks are fully assembled vehicles shipped directly from the manufacturer to the market without any additional assembly required at the destination.
