Steel chassis frames are designed to provide strength and durability to small trailers, making them suitable for carrying a variety of loads while being able to withstand wear and tear.

Galvanized Steel Frame
- Galvanized steel is the most common material used for small trailer chassis because of its strength and ability to carry heavy loads, and it has a rust and corrosion resistant coating, making it ideal for trailers exposed to the elements. Trailer chassis are made from solid galvanized steel tubing, steel tubing is often used for smaller or lighter trailers to reduce weight but still maintain strength.

A-Type Towing
- The A-Type design provides better stability and balance, especially for trailers with heavier loads.

Wheels and Tires
- Lightweight aluminum wheels and high-performance rubber tires. Common tire widths are 205-225 mm and tire diameters are 16-20 inches. If you have a specific type of trailer in mind, I can give more specific recommendations on tire sizes.

Double Axle
The double-axle support is more stable and has a stronger load-bearing capacity. Single-axle or three-axle trailer chassis can be designed and produced according to user requirements.
TOPOLOGROUP customizes chassis frames for a wide range of trailers (refrigerated trailers, dry cargo trailers, tiny homes, flatbed trailers, travel trailers, etc), ensuring that each trailer is designed to meet the specific needs of its intended use.
