Product Features

The product combines the excellent thermal stability, mechanical strength and chemical resistance of PEI resin with the reinforcement properties of continuous glass fibers.

  • High temperature resistance
It has excellent long-term stability and deformation resistance in high temperature environments. The transition temperature is around 215°C, and it can withstand continuous working temperatures up to 180°C.
  • Mechanical strength
It has very good impact resistance, tensile strength and fatigue resistance, and can maintain its shape and structure under harsh mechanical load environments.
  • Chemical stability
It can resist corrosion from a variety of chemicals, such as solvents, oils, acids and alkalis.
  • Electrical insulation
It has very good electrical insulation properties, has extremely low electrical conductivity, and can maintain stable electrical properties in high temperature environments.
  • Wear resistance
PEI resin has a low coefficient of friction, and PEI thermoplastic composite products can withstand long-term high-intensity wear.
