The application of thermoplastic composite manufacturing technology allows prepreg materials to be applied to various industries in more forms, such as vehicles, construction, and oceans. Although thermoplastic composite materials have been used in industrial production for a long time, the early immaturity of technology prevented them from being promoted on a large scale. High-speed material feeding system
- Unidirectional prepreg tape can be laid at different angles, and our products can composite 2-10 layers of unidirectional prepreg tape at the same time.
- Customize the thickness and width of thermoplastic composite according to application requirements. Our production line can meet the manufacturing of composite materials with a maximum width of 2.8m.
Heating and cold cutting system
Thermoplastic prepreg tapes are first heated and then cooled to achieve composite molding. The thermoplastic composite process does not require the assistance of adhesives, and the thermoplastic properties of the materials themselves can complete mutual fusion.
Automatic trimming system
Depending on the transmission power, the cutter cuts the excess material on the edge to make both sides of the composite material flat.
Automatic rolling system (composite sheet)
Automatic servo rolling, the sheet will be automatically cut when it reaches the length set by the system.
Automatic cross-cutting system (composite panel)
Cut the panel into the length set by the system.
Automatic transmission system (composite panel)
The composite panel is transmitted to the specified position by the roller, and then it is quality inspected and packaged.
