Powerful multi-layer composite structure
Thermoplastic materials and thermosetting materials are perfectly combined on this composite panel. The composite panel has undergone multiple processes such as thermoplastic composite and adhesive composite.
- The outer skin is a gel-coated thermosetting FRP(GRP), which is as smooth and clean as a mirror, and can greatly enhance the appearance of the horse transport trailer.
- The inner skin is a thermoplastic CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic). CFRT has excellent resilience. Relying on its strong impact resistance, it can resist various uncontrollable behaviors such as collisions, kicks, and squeezing of horses without causing damage to the trailer wall.
Make maintenance simple
- Wooden and steel horse trailers are exposed to the outdoors for a long time. The changing weather such as scorching sun, rain and snow will destroy the stability of the trailer structure and reduce its service life. The fiberglass composite panel has excellent weather resistance. The gel coat GRP outer skin is waterproof and UV-resistant. The horse trailer made of fiberglass honeycomb panel can last as long as new.
- Horse feces will make the internal environment of the trailer worse, but the CFRT lining can alleviate this problem. The antibacterial protective film on the surface of CFRT makes it difficult for bacteria to adhere, making it easy to clean the interior of the trailer.
