Lightweight
TOPOLOGROUP has developed several new composite panels for horse trucks & trailers, including PET foam sandwich panels and polypropylene honeycomb sandwich panels (flat and non-slip surfaces). We have innovatively developed CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) as the skin of the panels. This new fiberglass sheet is reinforced with continuous fibers and is known for its lightness and durability. Compared with FRP/GRP sandwich panels or aluminum sandwich panels, CFRT sandwich panels have better mechanical properties. Because TOPOLOGROUP uses a new thermoplastic composite technology to produce these panels, this greatly reduces the procurement cost for users.
Recyclable and environmentally friendly
Many composite materials on the market are non-recyclable or have low recycling value, resulting in the existence of a large amount of plastic waste, which damages the local ecological environment. Of course, due to the nature of thermoplastic materials, our CFRT sandwich panels are 100% recyclable, and when the horse truck or trailer has reached the end of its service life, they can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.

01. PET Foam Sandwich Panels
- Application Parts: Wall Panels, Top Panels, Partitions.
- Description: PET sandwich panels have a very high length-to-thickness ratio and flatness, which ensures the strength of the horse truck or trailer while reducing the weight of the vehicle body. Due to the non-absorbent nature of PET foam, it can adapt to humid and rainy transportation environments.
02. Flat Polypropylene Honeycomb Sandwich Panels
- Application Parts: Wall Panels, Top Panels, Partitions.
- Description: The honeycomb structure can greatly reduce the weight of the horse truck or trailer and maintain structural strength. By using anti-translucent CFRT as the skin, it can effectively prevent horses from being frightened during transportation.
03. Anti-Slip Polypropylene Honeycomb Sandwich Panels
- Application Parts: Floors, Ramps.
- Description: Its surface has a dense anti-slip texture that prevents horse hooves from slipping and supports their trampling. Horse excrement will not corrode it, and when excrement adheres to the floor, it is also very easy to clean.
