Make the caravan wall panels no longer fragile
Today, most caravan wall panels are FRP foam core sandwich panels. They are usually three-layer structures, with the inner and outer skins being FRP and the core material being a foam core (mostly ultra-fast polystyrene foam). This is a lightweight and heat-insulating solution. However, in traffic accidents (collisions, scrapes, rear-end collisions, etc.), the structure of the caravan will be severely damaged.
The impact-resistant caravan wall panels developed by TOPOLOGROUP have greatly improved the strength of the panels and the safety performance of the caravan. Compared with ordinary FRP foam sandwich panels, this sandwich panel has an additional layer of thermoplastic felt, which can effectively resist external impacts, prevent the wall panels from being penetrated, and protect the safety of people and facilities in the caravan.

Under the same pressure, ordinary FRP foam sandwich panels are easy to break, while sandwich panels with added energy-absorbing layers will not break even if they are deformed under pressure.
