Metal Parts Manufacturing

Metal parts are processed from drawings to physical objects in TOPOLOGROUP metal processing centers. We have multiple processing centers for sheet metal processing, laser welding, laser cutting, milling, aluminum extrusion profiles, etc., and can provide one-stop precision processing services. Through advanced equipment and technology, mass production not only ensures the accuracy of metal parts, but also effectively reduces the procurement costs of truck manufacturers. At the same time, our metal processing center can provide customized solutions according to customer needs to ensure that each product meets strict quality standards. With efficient production processes and strict quality control, TOPOLOGROUP provides more competitive cost advantages for manufacturers of RVs, trucks, trailers, etc., and ensures the timeliness of delivery cycles. Whether it is large-scale production or small-batch customization, we can provide reliable, precise and durable metal parts to meet the needs of various types of vehicles and equipment.

Laser Cutting

Uses a focused laser beam to melt, burn or vaporize material along a specified line to achieve precise cutting.

Mechanical Cutting

Cutting metal into desired shapes using tools such as saws, shears or milling machines.

CNC milling

Uses a rotating tool to remove material from a workpiece to create complex shapes.

Casting

Molten metal is injected into a mold to produce parts with complex shapes and fine details.

Pressing

Uses presses and dies to apply external forces to plates, strips, tubes and profiles, etc., to cause them to plastically deform or separate, so as to obtain the desired shape and size.

Laser Welding

Uses high-energy-density laser beams as heat sources to achieve high-precision metal connections.

Extrusion

Strong pressure is applied to the aluminum billet placed in the extrusion barrel, forcing the aluminum billet to undergo directional plastic deformation and extrude from the die hole of the extrusion die, thereby obtaining parts or semi-finished products with the desired cross-sectional shape, size and certain mechanical properties.

Polishing

Uses abrasive materials to rub the metal surface to make the surface shiny and smooth.

Painting and coating

Use protective coatings such as powder coating, galvanizing or anodizing to prevent corrosion and improve appearance.
