描述
The new XPS foam core fiberglass insulation panel uses CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) as the surface. CFRT has better thermal insulation effect than metal materials and better impact resistance than thermosetting fiberglass sheets.

Cold room insulation panels require low thermal conductivity, which is a key indicator for measuring the insulation performance of insulation panels. The lower the thermal conductivity, the better the insulation effect, which can effectively reduce the heat loss of the cold room and reduce the cooling cost. Although the metal surface insulation panel also uses insulation foam core material inside, metal has excellent thermal conductivity, especially at the joints, it is difficult to prevent heat and cold transfer even if it is sealed. The thermal conductivity of CFRT materials is generally between 0.1-0.3 W/m·K, which effectively blocks heat exchange, and due to its thermoplastic properties, the joints between panels are easily sealed with glue. Therefore, the insulation effect of CFRT skin foam sandwich panels is more prominent, and it can maintain a stable temperature range indoors with a smaller cooling power.
