Manufacturing Process
The continuous carbon fiber bundle is released through the yarn unwinding device, spread evenly through the yarn spreading device, and then enters the impregnation system to be impregnated with the molten PEEK resin under high temperature and high pressure. Finally, it is shaped through the hot pressing and cooling device to form a PEEK resin carbon fiber thermoplastic unidirectional tape.
