TOPOLOGROUP new PET foam core composite board systematically solves the pain points of traditional bus floors in terms of safety, durability, and environmental protection through material innovation and structural optimization, and is particularly suitable for the upgrade needs of new energy buses and high-end routes. Its “lightweight + high toughness + full recycling” characteristics not only fit the global trend of low-carbon public transportation, but also create a cost structure of “high initial investment and excellent long-term returns” for operators.

Product Features

  • The PET foam core has high strength and low density, which can reduce the overall weight of the bus while being able to withstand the pressure from passengers and luggage.
  • The vinyl leather surface provides a certain strength and wear resistance for the floor. Even if the bus is constantly subjected to vibration and impact during long-term driving, the floor is not prone to fatigue damage and can maintain good performance.
  • The impact resistance of CFRT (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic) sheet is very good, and it can be used on the back of the bus floor to prevent threats from the ground.
