• High-strength CFRT is used as the skin material. CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) is made of multiple layers of thermoplastic pre-impregnated unidirectional tapes laid at set angles. This criss-cross structure makes its mechanical properties outstanding. It is more resilient and elastic than felt-based FRP and aluminum sheets, and is not easily damaged by external forces. In addition, due to its thermoplastic properties, it is recyclable.
• Recyclable PET foam is used as the core material. It conforms to the concept of green manufacturing and reduces the impact on the environment. PET foam does not absorb water and has a high hardness. Using it as a core material can maintain the flatness and long-term stability of the panel.
