When used as a facing, plywood is popular in the furniture and interior design industries. As an alternative to solid wood boards, plywood facing foam core panels are economical, environmentally friendly, and easy to cut. We produce double-sided plywood facing and single-sided plywood facing foam core sandwich panels. These composite panels can be customized in size, surface treatment and foam material to meet specific needs.
Common applications
- Cabinets.
- Wall panels.
- Ceilings.
- Partitions.
- Flooring.
- Door panels.
- Furniture.
- Tables
- Wardrobes.

Description
01 Pywood
Plywood is made of renewable wood (mainly poplar, birch, eucalyptus, pine, etc.), which is widely available and affordable. Compared with using solid wood to make boards, it can reduce the waste of forest resources. Our plywood is a typical marine plywood, which is waterproof and flame retardant, suitable for humid environments, and meets the building flame retardant standards.

02. Surface Treatment
Plywood can be laminated with a variety of materials (PVC, HDL, etc.) that come in a wide range of patterns and colors, giving plywood an expressive look to match a variety of design styles from rustic to contemporary.

03. Foam core
As a lightweight material, the foam core can greatly reduce the weight of the composite panel and achieve functions such as thermal insulation and shock absorption.

XPS (extruded polystyrene) foam insulation board is made of polystyrene resin as raw material and other auxiliary materials and polymers. They are heated and mixed through a special process, and then continuously extruded and pressed to produce a rigid foam board.

PET foam (polyethylene terephthalate foam) is a lightweight, high-strength, environmentally friendly foam material that is widely used in various industrial fields. Its excellent properties make it an ideal choice for many structural applications, especially where lightness and strength are required.

Closed-cell PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) foam is a sealed rigid foam material whose structural characteristic is that the bubbles are completely enclosed inside the foam, which makes it have excellent thermal insulation and waterproof properties and high mechanical strength.
