Rockwool sandwich panels make full use of the unique properties of rockwool core materials, and perform well in key functions such as fire prevention, heat preservation, waterproofing, and sound insulation. They also have high structural strength and are easy to install.
Excellent fire resistance
Rockwool has extremely strong fire resistance and can withstand high temperatures of over 1000°C. Products of different thicknesses all show excellent fire resistance: 50mm thick rockwool sandwich panels reach RE130 level, 80mm thick rockwool sandwich panels reach REL60 level, and 100mm thick rockwool sandwich panels can reach REL120 level, which provide solid protection for building safety.
Efficient thermal insulation
Rockwool sandwich panels use rockwool with a thermal conductivity of only 0.043W/m²K as the core material. Through reasonable proportions and board thickness design, they effectively block heat conduction, form an efficient thermal insulation barrier for the building, significantly reduce energy consumption, and maintain stable indoor temperature.
Excellent sound insulation and sound absorption effect
Rock wool has a significant barrier effect on noise transmission, especially suitable for noise-sensitive areas such as near airport channels. According to the test, the sandwich panel with a rock wool core material with a density of 120kg/m³ has a sound insulation performance of RW=29-30dB according to ISO 717/82 and UNI 8270/7 standards, which can effectively reduce external noise and indoor noise caused by impacts such as rain and hail.
High structural strength and high stability
The rock wool core material is tightly bonded to the double-layer steel sheet to form an integrated structure and work together. The panel is firmly fixed to the purlin with special connectors, which can significantly improve the overall load-bearing capacity of the building.
Waterproof buckle design
The rock wool sandwich panel adopts a buckle connection method, which completely eliminates the hidden danger of water leakage at the joints. At the same time, it reduces the use of accessories, reduces the complexity and cost of installation, and ensures the long-term waterproof performance of the building.
TOPOLOGROUP offers a wide range of high-quality rockwool sandwich panels, available in various specifications to meet diverse industrial and commercial needs.

Optimized Design
At the joints of the rock wool sandwich panels, we used rigid polyurethane foam filling technology. This innovative method not only solves the problem that the connectors in the traditional connection method cannot fasten the panels, but also effectively prevents the rapid conduction of heat at the joints, thereby improving the overall thermal insulation performance. In addition, the rigid polyurethane foam filling also successfully avoids the problem of water leakage, ensures the long-term stability and durability of the structure, and enhances the overall performance of the building.
