Multi-layer composite reinforced structural strength
Thermoplastic anti-slip sheet is made of multiple layers of continuous glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic prepreg tapes, which are laid at an angle of 0°/90°. The fibers inside the sheet form a dense mesh structure, which greatly enhances the cohesion of the material. When impacted by external forces, the fiber mesh structure can quickly disperse the stress and avoid material damage caused by stress concentration, giving the sheet extremely high bending strength and impact toughness, far exceeding thermosetting GRP anti-slip sheet and aluminum anti-slip plate. This unique laying method allows the sheet to evenly withstand external forces in all directions, greatly improving its mechanical properties. The number of layers can be flexibly adjusted between 2 and 10 layers according to actual needs to meet the requirements of strength and durability in different scenarios.
Special surface treatment enhances wear resistance and anti-skid performance
The surface of the thermoplastic anti-skid sheet is hot-pressed with a special material belt to produce a uniform anti-skid texture. During long-term use, it can still maintain stable anti-skid performance even if it is frequently stepped on and rubbed.

Thermoplastic materials themselves offer excellent chemical stability. With their unique molecular structure, they can resist extreme corrosive environments such as high salt and high alkali. In highly corrosive places such as chemical workshops and coastal docks, thermoplastic anti-skid sheets will not degrade or deform due to chemical erosion, ensuring the normal use of the material in harsh environments, greatly extending the actual service life of the product.
